This 5-bedroom, 4-bath inviting retreat accommodates up to 10 guests and features a bright, open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen areas, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.  Sleeping arrangements include, on the first floor, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and on the second floor, a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed.  Located in a gated sound side community, guests also enjoy access to a community pool and tennis courts. 

Owners offer flexible one week redemption dates over the coming year from auction purchase, based on availability of the property.  Cleaning fee not included in auction price.
